GENERAL CONDITIONS

Booking

TOP Line d.o.o. Portorož markets its own accommodation facilities and those of other business partners in Piran. All reservations can be made through the website www.apartment-piran.com, through apartments.topline.si and through other providers. We issue a certificate by email or classic mail for each confirmation. When booking, the guest is obliged to book all children and adults.

Confirmation

The reservation is confirmed when the guest completes the entire procedure via the website and TOP Line d.o.o. receives payment for the order. Payment can be made by cash (at corporate seat), by credit card (at a distance or at corporate seat) or by transferring to the company’s IBAN.

Cancellations

The reservation can be canceled up to 22 days before arrival with a refund of the full amount, except 5% commission if the reservation was paid by credit or debit card. In the event of a cancellation past this date, the following conditions apply:

  • 21 – 14 days: 50% refund

  • 13 – 07 days: 25% refund

  • 06 – 00 days: 00% refund

Pricing

All prices are in € (eur) and include VAT. The tourist tax is not included in the price of the overnight stay. It is calculated upon arrival of the guests, as follows:
Adult: € 2.50 per person per night
Children: from 7 to 17,99 years: € 1.25 per person per night
Children under 6,99 years are exempted from the tourist tax.

TOP Line reserves the right to change prices without notice for new bookings.

Check-in between 14:00 and 19:00
Check out between 9:00 and 11:00

Pets are not allowed in the apartments

Parking at Amfora Garage € 19 / day; in the Arze garage 12 € / day
